A better fit starts with how you move.
A practical checklist for choosing men’s underwear: waistband, leg fit, pouch space and everyday movement.

Comfort is something you can check
Underwear has to work while you sit, walk, bend and get on with your day. A pair that looks right when you stand still may feel very different after a commute or a workout. Use those ordinary movements as your fitting test.
Start with the waistband
Check your waist measurement against the size guide. Sit down, bend forward and stand again. Look for a waistband that stays in place without needing repeated adjustments. If it digs in or rolls, try a different size or cut rather than assuming you have to put up with it.
Check the legs and pouch
Walk around and try a few gentle squats. Notice whether the legs bunch up, whether a seam presses against you, and whether the pouch gives you the room you prefer. Support is personal: comfortable positioning matters more than choosing the tightest fit.
Choose for your actual day
For desk work, pay attention to seated comfort. For an active day, check freedom of movement. For travel, consider the time you will spend sitting and how easily you can change into a fresh pair. Fabric labels alone cannot tell you how a finished garment will feel on your body.
What makes TENTZ different
TENTZ uses a dual-pouch layout. The 1.0 designs use a vertical pouch and the 2.0 designs use a horizontal pouch. Compare those layouts, your preferred fabric and the size guide before choosing. A pouch is a design feature; it is not evidence that underwear treats skin conditions or changes athletic performance.
